Sunset roundup
The door closes itself at dusk. A beam counts who came in. One hen short, your phone says so while there's still light to look.
Electric fence alerts
Voltage drops — a limb, a short, a bull with opinions — and you get a text that says which run — usually before the herd notices.
Stock tank watch
Float's low, or the water's an hour from ice — text. You hear about it before the cows do.
The 2 a.m. frost call
Inside temp trending toward 34°F in the middle of the night? Your phone rings. Rings — not a notification you'll see at breakfast.
Pump that tattles
Pressure logged every minute. A pump that's cycling too often gets flagged before it burns out on a holiday weekend.
Hot bale alarm
A hot bale is a barn fire you haven't had yet. Probes in the stack, a text when one starts climbing.
