What I'm doing this month.

Moving. The family’s leaving Chattanooga for a house on the Plateau outside Crossville — boxes, a rescue dog who has opinions about boxes, and a drone that hasn’t flown since July because the pilot’s been carrying furniture.

What’s actually getting built this month: this site; the family farm inside Minecraft, on a server the kids can reach from a tablet; and a piano teacher that lives in a headset and lights up the real keys. The drone-mapping company is pointed at the nurseries down the road in McMinnville for the fall.
